We launched the first of its kind Chef Development Academy. Partnering with Umbrella Training, the Academy offers on-the-job training and a clear path to head chef level within five years. Trainees receive a competitive salary, comprehensive starter kit, and valuable real world experiences at top hotel kitchens . The Academy aims to revitalise the hospitality industry and deliver a whole new class of world-class chefs to fill the shortage.
