With the importance of our Hotelitarian development, we continue to look for ways to enhance and revitalise the hospitality industry. In partnership with Umbrella Training, we launched the first of its kind chef development initiative. The Academy offers on-the-job training and a clear path to head chef level within five years. Trainees receive a competitive salary, comprehensive starter kit, and valuable real-world experiences in top hotel kitchens.
