2. Spier Wine Farm - Stellenbosch, south Africa
Great returns for the property. And the earth.
Spier is an ethically, environmentally, and socially conscious farm in the Stellenbosch Winelands. Under our management, Valor supported Spier to strive and find innovative ways for business success in balance with society and the environment. Spier used biodynamic farming practices to restore fertility to the soil. They cleaned and re-energised wastewater which is then used to irrigate the gardens and grounds – the first of its kind in South Africa.
