Auld AlLiance At Cloudland at McLemore Resort, Rising FAwn, Ga

Auld Alliance presents a culinary journey like no other, bridging Scottish and French cultures and cuisines. Built in 1295, the Auld Alliance is known as a historic pact between the kingdoms of Scotland and France. Today, this is celebrated as McLemore Resort’s signature dining offering.

Being one of the first French-Scottish restaurants in the United States, we oversaw the conception and execution of opening and provide ongoing support for this authentic experience. The restaurant encompasses over 100 years of combined industry expertise that translates directly through the exquisite menu, one-of-a-kind service, and innovative atmosphere.

The cuisine was carefully curated by SAVOR chefs that took cues from the spirit of the early mountain-top settlers, with foraged and locally farmed, high-country fayre blending Scottish classics with French elegance. Set among the stunning elevated view of the McLemore Cove, Auld Alliance is set to become a unique and highly desirable dining journey for the senses.

Revivalist is a throwback to a historic Huntsville tavern that once occupied the restaurant’s location and embodied the parlor culture of the era.
