Third consecutive listing for Valor Hospitality in Sunday Times Best Places to Work ranking

Valor Hospitality has once again been featured amongst the Sunday Times’ Top 10 Best Places to Work, marking the third consecutive listing for its industry-leading people-first culture.

With a commitment to redefining hospitality as a long-term, rewarding career, the hospitality management company has also been Highly Commended for Best Places to Work for Wellbeing. This is a recognition of the range of innovative and inclusive programmes designed by Valor to support at every stage of the team member journey.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL, is a nationwide workplace survey that honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers and those that prioritise wellbeing and inclusivity.

Across Valor Hospitality, engagement scores are impressive, with 87% job satisfaction and 88% confidence in management. Its retention is especially strong, with a flight risk of just 8% compared to the 39% industry average.
