Valor Hospitality Partners Opens First Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Property in Saudi Arabia

Valor Hospitality Partners has announced the opening of Apartments by Marriott Jeddah, by Lifestyle Living - the first property under the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy brand in Saudi Arabia and another milestone in Valor's continued growth across the Kingdom and wider AMEA region.

Located in Jeddah, the destination brings together the space and flexibility of lifestyle apartment living with the service and experience of ultimate hospitality, creating a place designed for guests to settle in, connect and discover more of the city.

This unique stylish lifestyle property features 68 studio, one, two and three-bedroom luxury living spaces alongside two five-bedroom penthouses. Perfectly curated to accommodate everything from transient visits to extended stays, the hotel has been designed with a contemporary co-working space, two swimming pools, dedicated fitness and workout studios, and a kids club. An innovative restaurant concept is also planned for the future, further elevating the property’s lifestyle offerings.

The opening marks Valor’s second operating hotel in Saudi Arabia, with further projects under development and set to open across the Kingdom.

Julien Bergue, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, AMEA at Valor Hospitality Partners, said:

“Jeddah is an incredibly exciting city and an important part of our continued growth in Saudi Arabia. This opening gives us the opportunity to offer something different: a place where guests can settle in and feel at home, while still enjoying the service, people and experiences that make a stay memorable.

We are incredibly proud of the team who have brought the property to life and look forward to welcoming guests through the doors.”
