voco Zeal Exeter Science Park represents the beginning of a landmark partnership between IHG and Zeal Hotels and is the first net zero carbon hotel for both businesses.  The hotel is situated at the heart of Exeter Science Park, home to science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine businesses, the hotel has been designed to provide guests with a place to stay that matches their own expectations around sustainability.

Thoughtfully Sustainable

Working with the owners, Valor helped nurture the partnership with IHG to develop the world’s first voco Zeal hotel. In line with our sustainability initiatives, the strategic design features not only reflect our commitment to environmental responsibility but also ensure a premium experience for our guests throughout their stay. We also created the brand for the hotel’s onsite restaurant, ISCA, which is a celebration of local farmers, producers and seasonal ingredients.
