I consider myself a lucky person to be involved in our organisation.

"In recent years, we have expanded our portfolio from 10 to 40 hotels in Europe and over 100 globally, with the USA, Middle East and Africa all growing rapidly. Earlier this year, 17 of our UK hotels achieved public listing in Singapore, further increasing our potential for growth. We have three new hotels set to open in early 2025, including Seaton House in St Andrews and Dunluce Lodge in Portrush, both five-star luxury properties in renowned golf havens. Finally, we’re incredibly excited to be working on a brand-new sustainable concept, voco Zeal Exeter Science Park."

"We are consistently launching new initiatives and championing new policies that prioritise the health, wellbeing and career aspirations of our team members. We have invested heavily in providing opportunities for team members in all positions to progress in their careers, feel valued and have an authentic connection with the business as a whole. The Sunday Times top 10 ranking is testament to the hard work that has gone in across the board and solidifies our belief that prioritising people paves the way for commercial success."
